Christina Chavez
Store Manager
Christina is our store manager who has been a resident of Point Arena since 2001. Her dad, Joseph Chavez, is a long time employee of GBS and a great resource for building knowledge. When Christina isn’t helping to guide a customer to what they are looking for, she spends time teaching native American youth about their ancestry, including lessons on how to learn from the land, fishing and basket weaving. Christina is looking forward to helping you find what you need.
Natalie Lawson
Assistant Manager
Natalie joined our team when she was just a teenager, but quickly impressed us with her hard work and dedication. She has worked her way up to Assistant Manager. She hails from the coast where she spent 3.5 years working retail in the local market. She grew up in Manchester where her father worked as a commercial fisherman. Her background on everything fishing related extends beyond the boat and the rigging and gives her a special appreciation for seafood. When she’s not helping a customer, she is off to visit with family in Sacramento.
